Wine Dinner at Fin & Fino Next Tuesday






We are excited to team up with Fin & Fino on Tuesday, June 18, at 6 p.m. for a Wine Dinner presented Steve Lister, Director of Sales of Vina Robles Vineyard & Winery.

ABOUT THE WINE
Vina Robles is the result of a unique personal trajectory, one that led winery founder Hans Nef from a rural village outside Zurich, Switzerland to the rugged terrain of California's Central Coast.

UPON ARRIVAL
Wine: Viognier
Food: Peach Gazpacho and Calabrese Salami wrapped cantaloupe

FIRST COURSE
Wine: Chardonnay Mistral vineyard
Food: Scallops over Fried Sushi rice, honey apple Gastrique, scallions, radish, and arugula

SECOND COURSE
Wine: Red4 blend & Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Food: Juniper and coffee steamed Mahi, cherry anise mustarda, braised Swiss chard with bacon

THIRD COURSE
Wine: Suendero "Dream Path" red blend
Food: Currant & Miso glazed flank steak, pickled raspberries, grilled Bok Choy, roasted peppers
